The monthly cost of leasing depends on the bike, the leasing period, optional accessories and the leasing partner. You can expect a fixed monthly fee with no unexpected costs. Calculate the price of your lease on your leasing company's website.
The lease often includes theft insurance, maintenance, and repairs. Specific terms can vary per leasing company.
Yes, this is possible through private leasing via our partner Frieslandlease. Please contact our partner Frieslandlease. Operational leasing (leasing through an employer or as a self-employed individual) is not possible without an employer or company.
The standard lease term is 36 months.
If your bike is stolen, report it to the police and contact your leasing company.
You are insured for repairs and maintenance during your lease contract. If you have any questions, you can contact leasing@veloretti.com or make an appointment with one of our service partners.
Cancellation policies vary per lease provider. Please check your contract or contact your leasing provider for terms and conditions.
Start by checking if your employer is registered with one of our leasing partners. If they are, request an order code from your employer. Enter the code on our leasing page on the website. Then it’s time to spend your personal budget by choosing your bike and optional extras.
A delivery fee of €49.95 is charged for all leasing contracts. Delivery timelines vary by model, please check the specific estimate on the product page.
A dedicated leasing team within Veloretti works closely with the leasing companies to make sure that contracts are processed correctly.
Yes, you can. Veloretti bikes are available for test rides at almost all of our retail partners, including our Brand Store. Find the full list of retail partners on our website.
Discounts and other promotions do not apply to lease contracts.
The only mandatory products in the contract are the lock and the connectivity package, for insurance reasons.
